Senior Manager Domestic Tax

Our partner is seeking a Senior Manager Domestic Tax for a position located in Arlington, VA. The role involves collaborating with various teams to oversee tax planning activities, especially in relation to US domestic tax matters. This position requires a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, with a preference for candidates with Big 4 accounting firm or large corporate tax department experience. • Conduct tax analysis of business initiatives, evaluating potential tax consequences and transaction structuring alternatives.
• Provide high-quality tax support for M&A and business-driven transactions, including industry-specific rules application.
