Senior Plant Engineer

Senior Plant Engineer in Dillon, SC or Concord, NC

Major poultry processor is seeking a qualified Senior Plant Engineer. This position provides the day-to-day technical leadership and direction to Operations. This role is also responsible for delivering maximum equipment/system uptime through the application of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Additionally, this person will:

• · Develop and deploy overall plant technical strategies and tactics focused on operations, safety, energy usage, engineering projects and maintenance improvement.
• · Promote and incorporate “safety” as a culture and a strategy in all aspects of operations areas and demand focused results from the entire technical organization.
