Sr Growth Product Manager

Reporting directly to the VP of Product, the Sr Director of Product Management, Growth will be accountable for increasing the eligible body of employees with access to Tapcheck’s financial wellness services and driving conversion revenue through enhanced product and marketing capabilities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience delivering revenue-driving initiatives across both B2B and B2C domains and possess a data-driven, experiment-focused mentality. They should be adept at identifying the most significant growth levers and articulating opportunities with great clarity.

We're looking for someone who can lead a growth team, focused on improving retention for our product. This means working closely with the marketing team, data analyst, and engineers to quickly identify, build, and test hypothesis around what helps customers stay longer and grow more within Hubstaff.

You will:

• Take ownership of the retention metrics within our product, and help identify which actions lead to the best long term results for our customers. Lead the Growth team to focus on the leading indicators for retention, and enhance overall user satisfaction with our product.
