As a Sub-Recipient Monitor at CDR Maguire, your role is pivotal in ensuring the compliance of grant programs with laws, regulations, and policies. Your primary responsibilities encompass conducting grant management site visits, assessing non-compliance risk among sub-recipients, and overseeing the Single Audit process. Leveraging your expertise in grants compliance and auditing, you will contribute to upholding the highest standards of accountability and efficiency in the management of federal funds.

Essential Functions:

• Subrecipient Compliance Monitoring: Ensure compliance with grant program requirements at all stages, including closeout.
• Grant Management Site Visits: Conduct annual site visits, collaborating with program managers, to review documentation and assess project locations.
