Suite Services Intern

Job Overview:  The purpose of this internship is to provide a unique opportunity to assist the day-to-day operations of the Suite Services department for an NFL Franchise. The Intern will become an integral part in creating a superior experience for Giants suite partners and their guests.  The ideal candidate should exhibit a strong work ethic and can maintain a professional demeanor in the presence of clients and VIPs. 

Responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities of the Suite Services Intern include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Communicate with premium clients via phone and email, handle requests and/or complaints.
• Prepare and deliver suite gift bags, display signage, and setup additional gameday suite requests.
• Manage single game rental and suite partner logistics.
• Coordinate with catering company on suite food and beverage orders and credits.
