The OBN Surveyor ensures the proper survey planning, real-time monitoring of surface and subsea positioning integrity, installation and maintenance of positioning sensors, and quality assurance and delivery of positioning data.

Main Responsibilities:

Manages a team who ensure the proper survey planning, real-time monitoring of surface and subsea positioning integrity, installation and maintenance of positioning sensors, and quality assurance and delivery of positioning data. 

Main Responsibilities:

• Manages the navigation team (Shift Leader Surveyors and Surveyors) in collaboration with the immediate supervisor, assesses departmental personnel based on HR and technical requirements. Defines the individual development plans of his/her team members according to needs. Ensures that the team are properly prepared for their assigned tasks and leads by example.
