New team members coming in should expect a two-day orientation where you will go through required training and basic certifications before stepping onto the jobsite. After your orientation and company provided tools/equipment are assigned to you, you will mobilize to site with your crew in a company provided crew truck and work Monday through Friday each week to complete assigned jobs.For your first 90 days you will shadow other crew members and begin to learn all aspects of the trade. This is a probationary period for you to see if Legacy is a good fit for you and if you are a good fit for Legacy. After 90 days you will complete competent climber/rescue training, a performance review will be conducted with wage increase, and an advancement road map laid.
