Position Purpose:
The Assistant Director of Intercultural Life & First-Generation Experience will serve to foster belonging and student success through their leadership in two dynamic areas of the Middlebury experience: the Anderson Freeman Resource Center (AFC) and the First at Midd Program. The Assistant Director will develop and implement First generation programming and assist the Director of the Center in the management and coordination of all the functional aspects of the Anderson Freeman Resource Center.
This is a full time, benefits eligible, salaried position with a hiring range of $54,828 to $68,550 per year.
Core Responsibilities:
● Coordinate yearly programming that centers the needs and interests of historically underrepresented students, especially BIPOC, First-Generation and Low-Income students.
