Senior Survey Designer in Virginia

Hire Resolve’s client is a leading Consulting Civil Engineering firm that is urgently seeking the expertise of a Senior Survey Designer in Chesapeake, VA.

Responsibilities:

• Process field data using AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Prepare topographic base maps, surface models, plot/development plans, subdivision plats, and record drawings
• Perform physical surveys and construction stakeouts.
• This is mainly an office position but some fieldwork may be required

Requirements

• 3 to 7 years of experience in field surveying (field procedures, survey measurements and field observations, survey instruments, field data collection)
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Preferred: Collegiate or technical school training in surveying, LSIT license with intention to earn LS or recently received LS.
