Structures Superintendent in Virginia

The Structures Superintendent  actively participates in, and coordinates work related to utilities underground construction and design build projects, supervises the field crew and subcontractors and is responsible for the completion of all projects in a safe and timely manner while utilizing the highest quality of workmanship.  

Required Experience with large roadway bridge construction projects

Responsibilities  

• Pre-plans work activities with Project Manager and supervises employees in the structures department, develop best means and methods, including safety action plans. 
• Reviews all contracts, project documentation and plans to ensure that the work in the field is built to the most recent specifications.
