The Washington State Democrats’ Coordinated Campaign seeks a dynamic individual to fill the role of Constituency Organizer. The regional Constituency Organizer (CO) is a full-time position that combines field, political, project management, and communications work. The regional Constituency Organizer will serve as a member of the 2024 Coordinated Political team and will be crucial in our efforts to build the Democratic Party and expand Democratic majorities in 2024. Regional Constituency Organizers will be responsible for building meaningful relationships with community leaders, activists, and organizations to partner on voter registration and relational voter turnout. Regional Constituency Organizers will identify and elevate storytellers to lead pro-voting messaging efforts in partnership with the Washington State Democratic Party.
