Summary:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for working with customers on their screen printing and embroidery projects from start to finish. This role contributes to the success of the company by providing a positive experience for screen printing clients, ensuring a smooth process, and increasing the likelihood of securing future business. This is a non-exempt, full-time position requiring an average of 40 hours per week. Although overtime is expected during high volume periods, the typical schedule is during regular business hours, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm.
