Call Center Dispatching - Customer Service Agent in Wisconsin

Parallel Education is looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher. As a Dispatcher, you will work with schools, and educators, dispatching teachers to our schools! The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and LOVE to talk with people; possess STELLAR customer service skills and have an ability to handle difficult conversations with ease.
