Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable and Vendor Management:
- Code and process vendor invoices and accounts payable.
- Maintain vendor and tenant Certificates of Insurance; update insurance tracking system in Angus.
- Maintain vendor contact list and insurance information.
- Tenant Support and Coordination:
- Prepare tenant move-in packages and order tenant gifts as required.
