Director of Operations in Wisconsin

Note: This position is for a Church congregation

As the Operations Director you will lead our Administrative Coordinators, Facilities Manager, Preschool Director and Staff Accountant to ensure maximum effectiveness in their support of all Ministries of the church. This position is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operating processes and ensuring that all relevant procedures are adhered to and the church is in compliance with all relevant local, state and federal regulations. This position works with leadership and Ministry teams to look for improvements, efficiencies and new opportunities to help the church achieve its strategic performance and financials goals.

• Ensure effective administrative support is in place for the pastoral and program leadership of the church.
