Job Summary:
The Janitor & Facilities Maintenance associate plays a dual role in ensuring the functionality, safety, and cleanliness of the facility. This position is responsible for general facilities maintenance as well as routine janitorial tasks.

- Cleaning and Maintenance:
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors across various areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common spaces.
- Dust, sanitize, and wipe down surfaces such as desks, windows, and counters.
- Clean restrooms, replenish supplies, and ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained.
- Empty trash, recycling bins, and dispose of waste properly.
- Pick up trash near exterior of building including parking lots.
