Master Scheduler in Wisconsin

The Master Scheduler will provide daily and long-term production planning based on ship dates, production efficiency, manpower, materials and machine availability.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Daily coordination/partnership with production, procurement and manufacturing staff to evaluate any changes needed in the production schedule and shifting capacity.
• Evaluate manufacturing or procurement challenges and constraints and develop solutions to overcome
• Ensure that all raw and packaging materials are in house and available for production throughout the master schedule and work with Buyers for resolution
• Provide daily evaluation of inventory status by project number
• Calculate and establish production staff needs with operations management
