The Purchasing Manager will lead and inspire the site buying team to work cross functionally to ensure our customers have a delightful experience! The manager will implement broader purchasing strategies and create competitive advantages.
What You Will Experience in this position:
Lead and inspire purchasing team members across growing and complex manufacturing sites
Partner closely with other site's buying teams to establish efficiencies of teams and processes
Establish and maintain close relationship with Supply Management teams to ensure supplier performance (on-time delivery and quality), Supplier Transitions, and Lean Processes to streamline Purchased Material processes
