Set Up Technician-3rd Shift in Wisconsin

Machine Set Up Technician - $24-$32/hr.

Sunlite Plastics, a division of Diversatek, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for experienced Machine Setup Technicians in our Medical Tubing Division in Germantown, WI. We are a plastics extrusion company that provides custom tubing to medical markets. 3rd Shift, 12am-8:30am. $2 an hour Shift Premium.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Set up machines.
• Make adjustments to machines
• Diagnose and remedy operation and tooling complications.
• Monitor the production process and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality standards.
• Cleanout machine and prepare for material change.
• Collaborate with other team members to optimize production efficiency, to execute schedules and to allow for uninterrupted set-ups.
