Commercial Escrow Officer :

Responsibilities:

 Coordinate and manage escrow closings for complex single and multi-site commercial real estate transactions

 Work with clients and their counsel to obtain closing figures and compile closing statements, input title and escrow line items into software system

 Calculate payoff amounts pursuant to payoff letters, collect tax bills and calculate payments for settlement statement

 Compare escrow instructions to title requirements, communicate with underwriting staff to confirm closing requirements
