Symmetrio is seeking a Financial Analyst to join its client, a hematology and oncology practice dedicated to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care. This pivotal role involves transforming raw data into actionable insights, supporting strategic decision-making across the organization. Responsibilities
- Financial reporting - daily, weekly, monthly versus budget and prior year
- Create insightful and timely reports to allow the organization to operate more strategically
- Develop and manage a consistent way to track KPIs
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights to drive business decisions
- Assist in managing banking relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data from various sources
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial models to support forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to financial processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of financial presentations for senior management and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- 1-3 years experience analyzing data to produce reports to inform business decisions
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong team player with ability to collaborate across multiple teams
