Product Manager

As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the product development lifecycle. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, create product roadmaps, and oversee the product development process. Your engaging and persuasive communication skills will be essential in championing our products internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather requirements and define product features
• Create and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company goals and market trends
• Lead the product development process, including prioritizing features, managing timelines, and coordinating with development teams
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly product interfaces
• Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities and drive product innovation
• Implement effective product launch and marketing strategies to drive product adoption and revenue growth
• Monitor product performance and user feedback, and identify areas for improvement
• Act as a product evangelist, delivering compelling presentations and demos to internal teams and clients
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, gathering feedback and ensuring their satisfaction with our products
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies related to product management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role
• Excellent communication and persuasive presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of product management tools and software
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles
• Understanding of market research and competitive analysis
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines
