Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a content strategy that encourages user-generated content and supports brand goals.
- Manage social media platforms, including content scheduling, community engagement, and audience growth.
- Produce high-quality videos and graphic content that showcase user-generated content and brand stories.
- Write compelling copy for social media posts, email campaigns, and other marketing materials that drive engagement and conversions.
- Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to assess the effectiveness of UGC initiatives and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to amplify user-generated content and expand reach.
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns that highlight user-generated content and encourage customer participation.
- Map the customer journey to identify opportunities for enhancing engagement and fostering community through user-generated content.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a UGC Creator, social media manager, or in a similar content-focused role.
- Strong understanding of content strategy, SEO best practices, and social media trends.
- Proficiency in video production and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to create engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
- Analytical mindset with experience in tracking performance metrics and deriving insights for optimization.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with influencers, customers, and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in e-commerce or DTC industries.
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo) and best practices.
- Familiarity with customer journey mapping techniques.
