Role Overview:
As a Technical Support Specialist at DenaliTEK, you'll play the role of the unsung hero, providing exceptional technical assistance to our valued customers. Whether it's troubleshooting perplexing error messages or guiding users through intricate setups, your adept problem-solving skills and commitment to customer satisfaction will be at the forefront.
What You'll Do:
- Offer prompt and effective technical support through various channels, including onsite visits, phone calls, and emails.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues swiftly and efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with fellow tech-savvy colleagues to tackle escalated problems collaboratively.
- Document and track customer interactions meticulously to facilitate continuous improvement and refinement.
Requirements
- Reside in Anchorage or be willing to move to Anchorage upon hire.
- Proven experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role.
- A love for deciphering the mysteries of technology with a customer-first mindset.
- Excellent communication skills – you can explain complex tech jargon in plain English.
- Familiarity with a variety of operating systems, software, and hardware.
- A genuine passion for staying up-to-date with the latest tech trends.
