Full Job Description
Ewing Outdoor Supply is seeking a Benefits Coordinator to join our Talent Engagement team. As a Benefits Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with the administration of employee benefits programs. This includes but is not limited to: enrollment in benefit plans, managing benefit changes, and answering employee inquiries. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and has excellent communication skills. This is an entry level role that does not require previous experience. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team in a growing company.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, dental insurance, retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits
- Process benefit changes, such as adding or removing dependents, and updating employee records
- Answer employee inquiries related to benefits and provide guidance and support
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation related to benefits
- Assist with open enrollment process and communication to employees
- Collaborate with HR team and vendors to resolve benefit-related issues
- Stay up-to-date with changes and trends in the benefits industry
Requirements
- Spanish Speaking Bi-Lingual
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
