Full Job Description
A global manufacturing company is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support HR initiatives for their facility in Goodyear, AZ. Responsibilities include performing duties that support HR policy and goals to promote a “high-performance” culture.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with HR leadership and line-management to implement initiatives that support the companies’ long term objectives
- Ensure HR policy in compliance with state regulation and standards
- Perform administrative tasks related to employee relations, recruitment onboarding benefits, & compensation
- Align department with organizational growth and change through staffing, talent development, organization design, performance management and succession planning
- Utilize reporting tools to acquire and analyze metrics to support data driven decision-making
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of human resources experience in a manufacturing, distribution or comparable industrial environment
- Thorough knowledge of state and federal laws pertaining to Human Resources
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Must have strong analytical and critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Bilingual/Spanish
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
