Why Ally Pediatric Therapy?

We believe in forming trusting relationships with families and children which allows us to shape our therapy approach around their goals and desires for what successful outcomes will look like.  We believe deeply in neurodiverse affirming practices which form the basis for our assent and strengths-based approach that is truly child-led.  Our integrated model ensures that speech and feeding are additional services provided at each clinic location by Ally’s licensed and certified Speech Language Pathologists.  We meet families where they are and create an individualized therapy plan that is not predicated on a full-time schedule.  Our goal is for families of all backgrounds and means to access the critical therapy they need, so we do not prioritize any funders or payors and we proudly partner with Arizona Medicaid plans.

About the Role

BCBAs are at the heart of everything we do in our clinics.  Our parents look to you as the expert on their child’s therapy and progress, our technicians look to you for clinical mentoring and guidance and our clients consider you a trusting presence that helps guide their journey.  The Ally clinical model provides the ability to make clinical recommendations that fit the goals of each individual family and child.  You will have the freedom and support to ensure that each child is receiving the best therapy and approach possible to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes.  Ally’s clinics are all fully staffed with full-time technicians and you will also be supported by key operational leadership positions in each clinic who help ensure that the clinical team can focus their time and efforts on providing great therapy.
