Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept: As a Behavior Technician, you're more than just a caregiver; you're a hero in the making. Every day, you'll be:

• Crafting a supportive atmosphere that feels like home for our residents.
• Assisting our kids with daily activities from homework to hygiene, ensuring they not only survive but thrive.
• Leading adventures outside the home, teaching how to safely explore the world.
• Cooking up not just meals but also moments of joy and learning.
• Being the eyes, ears, and heart of our home by documenting activities and reporting directly to your superhero headquarters (our management team).

Requirements

Your Superhero Gear:

• Must be at least 21 years of age (because with great power comes... you know the rest).
• Diploma/GED in hand.
• A valid driver's license and the agility for on-the-go heroics.
• Eligibility for a level one Fingerprint Clearance Card, because safety is our superpower.
• Stellar communication skills; because what’s a hero if not a great storyteller?
• At least 1 year of experience in nurturing young lives in a group home or similar battlefield.
