P.E.A.C.H. Teams – Customer Service Representative
P.E.A.C.H. Teams is a leading company in the customer service industry, committed to providing exceptional service and support to our clients. We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about our products and services. You will interact with customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and chat messages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain customer records and update them as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues
- Upsell products and services when appropriate
We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate with strong communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should be customer-oriented, able to multitask, and work well in a team.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field
- Service Titian experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations and difficult customers
- Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
Hours needed: 11am -6pm
