Summary of Position
We are looking for a passionate and driven Account Manager to join our growing team! As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for growing client revenue through strategic marketing plans. You'll work closely with our internal expert marketing teams to develop and execute these plans, ensuring client satisfaction and exceeding their expectations. You are the primary point of contact for your clients, building strong relationships and fostering retention.
Position Responsibilities
- Create and implement customized marketing plans that align with client goals
- Drive revenue growth within your assigned client portfolio
- Identify and resolve client challenges while employing a solution-oriented approach
- Interpret data from platforms such as Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and Search Console to provide clear and concise information to clients
- Deliver exceptional results and exceed KPIs and metrics
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention
- Proactively seek referrals from existing clients
- Continuously learn and implement new marketing strategies and tactics
Requirements
- 2+ years of account management experience in a fast-growing digital marketing agency
- Experienced in sales with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas
- Proven success in client-facing roles, managing and increasing revenue
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, adept at building strong relationships with clients and internal teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Search Console, and other data analysis tools
- In-depth knowledge of current SEO and PPC techniques and a commitment to continuous learning
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- The following certifications are preferred but not required: Fundamentals of Digital Marketing, Google Ads Search, Google Ads Display, and Google Analytics (GA4)
- Candidates must be based in Arizona and willing to commute to the Phoenix, AZ office
The total compensation for this opportunity includes a base salary range of $55,000 - $75,000, a potential for quarterly bonuses contingent on company performance, plus medical, dental, vision, and employee assistance benefits. This is our target compensation range and is subject to multiple factors including role, level, experience, and location. As you go through our interview process, your recruiter will work with you to identify a competitive base salary within the proposed range.
