This position can be remote from anywhere in the USA.
Oversight and management of Bristol Global Mobility’s US Domestic Service Delivery Team and Real Estate Team, to include all daily aspects of service delivery, team development, caseload management, internal communication, and overall team functions. Responsible for overseeing the real estate team who manages a portfolio of properties during the home sale process in support of the Mobility Advisor and the Client through marketing, listing, negotiation, and closing through effective coordination of other service departments, suppliers, agents, brokers, and sub-contractors. Partnering with the Director of Global Service Delivery and VP of Service Delivery to implement strategic team succession planning, overall team structure, and collaborate across departments to identify and solve service delivery gaps.
Requirements
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Foster Bristol’s culture of Connect vs Control within the Service Delivery and Real Estate Specialist Teams.
- Manage the US Domestic and Real Estate associates including frequent 1:1’s, ongoing training and coaching, communication of company goals, and the implementation of new or revamped processes.
- Analyze the performance and success of the Service Delivery and Real Estate teams to ensure the highest levels of performance excellence, consistency of process, improvement, and innovation.
- Analyze monthly survey satisfaction ratings and survey response results to identify any recurring patterns for continuous improvement opportunities for Service Delivery and Real Estate Teams.
- Implement strategic processes and organization structure that meet the evolving needs of our clients and growth of the Service Delivery and Real Estate Teams.
- Collaborate with the Client Engagement Directors to represent the Service Delivery and Real Estate Teams at client Request for Proposal (RFP) and annual business reviews (ABR).
- Serve as the third internal escalation point of contact for the US Domestic Service Delivery Team.
- Research and utilize best practice procedures between client, service delivery and real estate teams to enhance relationships and lead to increased profitability.
- Identify process gaps and areas for improvement, identify solutions, and partner with internal departments for implementation.
- US Domestic Service Delivery and Real Estate Subject Matter Expert for internal departments and assist with adhoc projects, including but not limited to Service Delivery and Real Estate process, Elite/system implementations or revamps.
- Ensure the Real Estate Specialists are assisting the Mobility Advisor in effective communication with the transferee to maximize sales and mitigating risk to client, Bristol and the transferring employee by ensuring all client, Bristol and legal contingencies are met prior to contract execution.
- Support use of broker network by identifying real estate brokers and placing referrals for marketing.
- Participate in and lead team meetings.
- Maintain strong relationships and communication with Bristol’s Supplier Partners
- Maintain strong relationships and communication with internal departments and stakeholders to ensure cross department cohesions and understanding.
- Some travel may be required
