The Position:
We are looking for solar experienced humans who are hungry and coachable. People who are competitive and self-motivated with reliable transportation. Senior Sales Reps typically earn between 200k to 300k.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a territory of 15,000 people
- Manage 3-10 sales reps
- Help people save money by owning their power, instead of renting it from utility
- Generate and set appointments from referrals, canvasing, trade shows
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to learn new techniques and best practices
- Become an expert who understands how the utility rate plans work and how to best save families money with clean energy
- Adhere to our high ethical standards of service to our customers, our community and each other

- Have a proven track record in the industry
