United Solar, a leading solar energy company, is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced In Home Solar Sales Representative to join our team. As an In Home Solar Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our solar energy solutions to residential customers. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for renewable energy.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home consultations to educate customers about our solar energy systems and present customized solutions.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and door-to-door canvassing.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and generate ongoing business.
- Create and deliver sales presentations to prospective customers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and pricing to provide accurate and reliable information to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful installation and customer onboarding.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential sales, preferably in the solar industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Knowledge of solar products, renewable energy, and the benefits of solar power.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
