Aspire Medical Staffing, a reputable healthcare staffing company, is currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Internal Medicine Hospitalist to join our team at Bob Stump Department of Veteran Affairs Medical Center. As an Internal Medicine Hospitalist at Aspire Medical Staffing, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive medical care to patients admitted to the hospital.
You will be responsible for assessing patients, diagnosing medical conditions, and developing and implementing treatment plans. Your role will also involve coordinating with specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and coordinated patient care.

Requirements
- Medical degree from an accredited medical school
- Completion of a residency program in Internal Medicine
- Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine
- Active and unrestricted medical license in any state in the USA
- BLS Certification
- Excellent clinical skills and knowledge in Internal Medicine
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Experience in managing complex medical cases
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload
- Willingness to work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals
Duties:
- Assess and diagnose patients admitted to the hospital
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Coordinate and communicate with specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals involved in patient care
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Monitor patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Educate patients and their families about medical conditions and treatment options
- Document patient information accurately and timely
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
