Are you ready to join an innovative, eco-friendly company dedicated to positively impacting families and the environment? DYPER is looking for a passionate and motivated Inventory Lead and Warehouse Associate to join our team at our 25,000 square foot Chandler warehouse, located near West Elliot Road and Arizona Avenue. Our competitive pay ranges from $18 to $20 an hour, depending on your experience. You will work with an exceptional warehouse team, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4 PM.
As an Inventory Lead and Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our warehouse's smooth and efficient operation. You will be responsible for completing daily team assignments involving inventory management and product orders and providing essential support and assistance to the Warehouse Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have a background in the CPG industry and a strong understanding of inventory control procedures.
Requirements
- Oversee daily inventory activities, including receiving, storing, and distributing products.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve NetSuite and physical inventory discrepancies.
- Manages inventory descriptions, dims, and weights to ensure accuracy in NetSuite.
- Manages non-inventory supplies.
- Coordinates and oversees the scheduled inventory cycle and wall-wall counts.
- Partner with the Warehouse Supervisor to communicate with Procurement, Production, and Sales departments to align inventory levels with business needs.
- Partners with customer service on customer returns and receives returns, inspects and documents return appropriately.
- Organize stock within the warehouse by properly unboxing and storing goods in their designated location.
- Receive, process, and stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup per schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship) and warehouse procedures.
- Serve as liaison between warehouse and customer support teams for efficient order management and reporting.
- Organize and sort items on shelving pallets according to warehouse procedures.
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Preserve a safe and clean work environment by keeping work areas and warehouse clean.
- Partner with the Warehouse Supervisor to observe/coach coworkers to ensure compliance of safety standards and regulations to assure a safe and hazard-free workplace.
Qualifications
- High school degree, GED, or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse or inventory management, preferably in the CPG industry.
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- 2+ years of warehouse-related experience, including shipping and receiving.
- 2+ years of experience using a standing forklift and motorized pallet jack
- Forklift certification is strongly preferred.
- NetSuite or other ERP experience preferred
- This position requires individuals to constantly be on their feet, maintain a high level of physicality, and stand for prolonged periods.
- Should not have any lifting restrictions and must not be afraid of heights.
- Must be able to stand for long periods, walk, push, pull, bend, climb and be able to move/lift up to 50 pounds while keeping your body in constant motion.
- Able to work in various temperatures both inside and out of the warehouse.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
