Position Summary

The IT Practice Integration Manager is a project management role, coordinating IT activities for new practices joining SALT and leading related projects which may include migrating to new practice management software, replacing outdated equipment, network upgrades, email migrations, phone system migrations and more. SALT is onboarding multiple new practices each month and you will work closely with the integration team to ensure new practices have a smooth transition. This role requires proven project management and time management skills as well as excellent communication skills.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Project Management – ability to organize and drive multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring all stakeholders and vendors are on the same page.
    • Lead kickoff, implementation, change and closing project calls.
    • Monitor project status and escalate risk items as needed.
    • Maintain and track project schedule and action items.
  • Strong knowledge of information technology with the ability to bridge the gap between technology vendors and non-technical staff / doctors.
  • Problem solving – work with practices, vendors and internal resources to find solutions for novel problems driven by practice variation.
  • Ability to develop high quality reports and presentations to provide project updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or another related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a high volume of short duration projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Microsoft office and related productivity tools.
  • Experience with one or more project management solutions.
  • Customer service oriented, with a focus on ensuring (internal) customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent Communication skills and ability to work well with others in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects, as well as strong follow-through skills.
  • Ability to complete projects timely and accurately.
  • Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project management certification.
  • Experience working with Smart Sheets.
