Managing Director of Property & Casualty

Are you an experienced and dynamic professional looking for a new challenge? Look no further! Reseco Advisors is currently seeking an engaging and talented Managing Director of Property & Casualty to join our team.

As the Managing Director of Property & Casualty, you will play a vital role in our organization by providing strategic leadership and oversight for our commercial insurance department. You will collaborate closely with our Service team and Advisors to develop and execute service strategies that align with the Reseco Vision.

To excel in this position, you should have at least 10 years of experience in managing commercial insurance for clients with spends of $500K or more. We are looking for a candidate with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively with teammates from all disciplines. You should also have excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

• Able to develop, build, and execute service strategies for the property & casualty department.
• You can collaborate well and often with internal teams to place new and renewal business.
• You are a strong leader who can develop the client service team to deliver exceptional services.
• You are capable of working closely with the Advisory and Service teams to implement new business, strategic planning, stewardship, and renewal strategies.
  

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the commercial property and casualty space.
• Proven experience in leading a large commercial account team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
