MEP Superintendent

The MEP Superintendent at D2B Groups plays a critical role in overseeing the field operations of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) installations for various construction projects. This position requires significant experience in MEP or Generator delivery, ensuring that all work is performed efficiently, safely, and in alignment with project specifications and timelines. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate MEP construction activities, ensuring project milestones are met.
• Lead and motivate field teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures, promoting a culture of safety on the job site.
• Coordinate with other trades to streamline construction activities and prevent conflicts.
• Review and interpret project plans and specifications to ensure accurate implementation.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to standards.
• Manage subcontractors and supplier relationships, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
• Provide daily reports on project status, including progress, issues, and resolutions.
• Support project management by providing insights and recommendations based on field conditions.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in construction supervision.
• Strong knowledge of MEP or Generator systems, installation methods, and industry best practices.
