Location: Mesa, AZ
Schedule: Full-Time
Compensation: $400k - $650k / year
Bonus: RVU

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly specialized Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to join our expert team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with complex musculoskeletal conditions, with a primary focus on spinal disorders. You will perform both operative and non-operative treatments, utilizing advanced surgical techniques and state-of-the-art diagnostic tools. We seek a professional with a deep understanding of orthopedic spine care and a commitment to delivering the highest standard of patient care.
Duties:
1. Assess patients' medical conditions by reviewing their medical history, interpreting their tests and diagnostic images, and evaluating their physical condition.
2. Provide specialized clinical evaluation and treatment of patients with disorders of the musculoskeletal system, with a particular emphasis on conditions of the spine.
3. Perform surgical procedures to treat conditions such as spinal disc disorders, sciatica, spinal fractures, degenerative diseases, and deformities of the spine.
4. Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team, communicating regularly with nurses, physicians, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the most suitable treatment plans for each patient.
5. Follow up with patients post-surgery to monitor recovery, make necessary adjustments in treatment, and recommend physical therapy or rehabilitation as needed.
6. Participate in continuing medical education activities, and stay informed about the latest developments in orthopedic spine surgery by attending seminars, conferences, workshops, and professional meetings.
7. Participate in clinical research activities in orthopedic spine surgery, and contribute to the publication of research findings.
8. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with legal regulations, hospital standards, and professional standards in the orthopedic field.

- Residency/Fellowship Trained in Spine Surgery
- AZ State MD/DO License (Or able to obtain)
