Summary of Position
As a Paid Media Strategist, you will strategize, implement, optimize, and monitor effective paid media campaigns to ensure we are exceeding our clients' goals and expectations. You will have the passion and drive to analyze data and develop solutions to improve campaign results. You will be strategic, detail-oriented and data-driven.
This role is located in our Phoenix, AZ office however for a highly skilled candidate, we may consider working remotely.
Applicants must be legally authorized and live in one of the following states to be considered: AZ, FL, GA, IN, KY, MD, MI, NV, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, or WI. Verification will be completed before a hiring decision is made.
Position Responsibilities
- Create, manage and optimize paid media campaigns for clients across a variety of industries on Google, Bing, Meta, and other ad networks aligned with their established paid media goals
- Monitor the pacing of paid media campaigns to ensure no under or over delivery
- Analyze the performance of paid campaigns to develop and implement proactive and reactive strategies to continually improve performance
- Track and report performance metrics of paid marketing campaigns for internal and external stakeholders
- Effectively communicate what is happening in the campaigns, why it’s happening and what we’re doing about it to continually improve performance to internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct and communicate competitive client research and develop and implement offensive and defensive strategies to position clients in front of their competitors through paid media campaigns
- Provide recommendations to necessary stakeholders on landing page optimizations and strategies to improve paid media performance
- Keep up to date with paid media best practices and planning and research tools
- Collaborate with Paid Media Operations team on new account and/or new campaign launches
- Provide support to internal stakeholders as it relates to relevant paid media requests.
- Mentor junior members of the team
- Maintain and establish expertise in all utilized ad serving platforms and share that knowledge with the rest of the Paid Media Team
- Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- 1-2 years of paid media experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong internal and external communication skills
- The ability to think strategically, proactively and creatively, focusing on innovative and measurable solutions
- Strong work ethic and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Exemplary organization and time management skills with the ability to handle several projects simultaneously
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
The total compensation for this opportunity includes a base salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 a potential for quarterly bonuses contingent on company performance, plus medical, dental, vision, and employee assistance benefits. This is our target compensation range and is subject to multiple factors including role, level, experience, and location. As you go through our interview process, your recruiter will work with you to identify a competitive base salary within the proposed range.
