Summary Description
The successful candidate will be an energetic individual who is looking how understand how to drive sales, engagement, and client retention with regular interaction with current clients and prospecting of new clients
A successful Sales Admin/Jr. AE will be responsible for harnessing the power of Silverado’s service offering to deliver innovative solutions to our clients and working collaboratively across the organization to develop and maintain successful service delivery and client retention. This individual will also be tasked with outbound calls and emails to attract new clients to Silverado. The Sales Admin and Jr. AE must be a creative and strategic thinker, who has strong interpersonal skills, both oral and written. The Sales Admin and Jr. AE must be highly organized and able to thrive in a high volume, fast-paced and team-oriented environment and have a technical acumen for IT Services.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Actively reach out to business to learn about their IT needs and uncover new opportunities for Silverado. This will be done via networking events, past prospects and cold calls
· Set meetings with prospective businesses to attend with the Sales Manager to close new business.
· Assist Account Managers in managing a book of business for clients with managed agreements. Own the overall relationship with named clients and be responsible for total client experience for those assigned accounts and serve as non-technical liaison.
· Work at a strategic level within Silverado, engaging Senior Management within the business units in order to develop methods and processes that will increase the quality of work the clients receive.
· Coordinate with Marketing to ensure sales needs and focus are assisting in outbound campaigns
· Work at a high level within assigned team members and assist in developing and maintaining effective working relationships with client Manager/Directors; as well as any key partners or system integrators involved in their designated accounts.
· Become familiar with the creation of yearly IT budgets, quotes, invoices, and Quarterly Business Review documents to assist in the creation and deployment of those documents
· Knowledge in researching and preparing quotes for hardware and IT projects.
· Work withsales support to responsibly identify new business opportunities for Silverado within client’s company. Ensure that contract renewals are handled in a professional and timely fashion, before contract expires.
· Collect and maintain useful information regarding client implementation, technical environment and business proprieties and share internally as appropriate on behalf of client. Facilitate strategic reviews to align business and technical goals with Silverado plans.
· Contribute towards knowledge management with Silverado, particularly with respect to client experiences, surveys and best practices.
· Maintain detail notes of clients and prospects in a CRM system to ensure team collaboration and success
· Engage with the technical team to translate technical reviews into business type language for our clients to ingest. Work with assigned Account Managers to build suggestions, remediation actions and potential products for them to pitch to each client.
· Ad Hoc analysis and reporting: identify potential risk accounts that will need further analysis and reporting. Sales Admin and Jr. AE will gather requirements, schedule time with client and develop project plan for resolution.
· Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience
· Bachelor's degree or 3+ successful years in analytical or technical role
· Experience in the basics of account management or sales
· Able to drive business decisions based on data analysis
· Resilience and an ability to overcome objections
· Positive attitude and a drive to win
