Full Job Description

As a Technology Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure while also contributing to the development and maintenance of our website, including the development of future projects. You will be responsible for providing technical support across the company, resolving issues related to Google Suite, email systems, Salesforce, printers, Wi-Fi, and other technology tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to employees across the company, addressing issues related to Google Suite, email systems, Wi-Fi, Salesforce, printers, and other software applications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and troubleshoot technical problems, ensuring timely resolution to minimize disruptions.
  • Take ownership of website development and maintenance tasks, including the development of future projects.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions for improving our technology infrastructure and online presence.
  • Work closely with team members to gather requirements, develop project plans, and implement solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on utilizing technology tools effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred, but not required.
  • Proven experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting issues with Google Suite, email systems, Salesforce, printers, Wi-Fi, and other software applications.
  • Proficiency in web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles and best practices.
  • Experience with database management and integration (e.g., MySQL, API integration).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry or familiarity with real estate investment processes is a plus.
  • Must be in Greater Phoenix Area
