We are currently seeking a Warranty Coordinator to join our team in Tucson.
As the Warranty Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service after project completion. You will be responsible for managing warranty claims, coordinating repairs, and ensuring timely resolution of issues. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a customer-focused mindset. This position is considered full time but at 30 hours a week. Salary will be pro-rated based on those hours.
Responsibilities
- Receive, review, and document warranty requests from clients and sends to the appropriate subcontractor
- Coordinates with subcontractors and internal teams to schedule and execute repairs
- Communicate effectively with clients to keep them informed about the status of their warranty claims
- Maintain accurate records of warranty claims, repairs, and resolutions
- Conduct follow-up inspections to ensure client satisfaction with completed work
- Assist in identifying recurring issues and collaborating on solutions to improve project quality
- Support the project team in ensuring compliance with warranty terms and conditions
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years of experience in a warranty administration or customer service role, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong understanding of construction processes and terminology is helpful
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Experience with project management or customer relationship management software is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach
- Familiarity reading blueprints is helpful
