Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of automation and control systems at our plant site, encompassing electrical, PLC, DCS, pneumatic circuits, networking, and all other components crucial for automated chemical processes.
- Ensure our control systems meet regulatory requirements, including SIL/LOPA assessments.
- Create and maintain instrument and electrical drawings for control systems, including motor elementaries and instrument loop sheets.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team, assisting with assigned work and addressing breakdowns/emergency work orders.
- Organize and manage PLC documentation, including archives of PLC programs and machine controls drawings.
- Provide training and mentorship to technicians and technical staff on control system strategies and installations.
- Play an active role in developing and maintaining our IT systems and infrastructure, both internally and with external vendors.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Electrical, Controls, and Instrumentation within chemical manufacturing plants.
- Possess hands-on experience with Allen Bradley and Rockwell Automation Controls.
- Knowledge/Experience with IT and real-time data acquisition and controls.
- Knowledge of ICS environments; as it relates to threats, vulnerabilities, and exploits
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for ICS environments.
- Proficiency in PSM and DHS regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work without sponsorship, both now and in the future.
