Location: Nestled in the Scenic Beauty of the Ozark Mountains, North Central Arkansas
Compensation: Competitive at $110,000 +/- Depending on Experience, Plus Attractive Bonus Scheme

We're seeking a seasoned Electrical Engineer to join our project engineering team, dedicated to advancing the capabilities of our specialty chemical manufacturing operations. Requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Educational Foundation: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing setting, with a strong emphasis on electrical engineering applications.
- Instrumentation Expertise: Proficient in utilizing analyzers, and specifying and troubleshooting pressure, temperature, and flow transmitters.
- Motor Control Mastery: Skilled in the application and understanding of VFDs, inverters, motor starters, and 480V controls.
- Control Systems Design: Although not directly programming PLCs or DCSs, you're adept at designing the electrical aspects leading to computer integrations, including switches, valves, limit switches, indicators, and starters.
- Lighting Systems: Knowledge in designing and maintaining electrical lighting systems.
- Code Compliance: Well-versed in the National Electrical Code, ensuring all designs meet or exceed standards.
- Specialized Equipment Design: Experience in electrical design related to air compressors, centrifuges, pumps, and HVAC systems, contributing to the overall efficiency and safety of our operations.
- Citizenship: Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder) to comply with employment regulations.
