Field Sales Manager

The Patch Boys is hiring for someone to be the face of our business in Northwest Arkansas!

This role is a full-time Brand Ambassador to be the face and voice of our business. You will be involved in increasing brand awareness, sales, and customer satisfaction by promoting our services at networking events, at home shows and other places in the community. Your main responsibility is to represent and grow our business, and make sure that our customers are well taken care of and repeat customers for life!

You'll earn $20 per hour and you'll get a 3% commission on top of that!

To excel in this role, you will have excellent communication skills and previous experience as a brand ambassador or similar role, as well as knowledge of sales and marketing principles.

Your day to day will involve:

• Representing the company at various events and trade shows.
• Always maintaining a positive image of the brand.
• Familiarizing yourself with the company’s mission, vision, and goals.
• Good listening skills to relate customers’ needs to the company’s various products and repair options.
• Estimating jobs (and we will train you on this piece!)

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• 1+ yrs. inside sales helpful but not necessary
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Selling and promotional skills
• Professional appearance; Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, with minimal supervision.
• Home Improvement knowledge and or experience helpful, but not required.
• Must have driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel
• Timely to work and with work assignments.
