Responsibilities
- Operate hull chamber equipment to ensure quality production processes
- Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or performance issues
- Prepare and set up machines and equipment before production runs
- Troubleshoot equipment problems and perform basic maintenance
- Maintain accurate production logs and documentation
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors for process optimization
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards during operations
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Prior experience in machinery operation or manufacturing environments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
- Basic understanding of electrical concepts and safety protocols
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
