Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Administrator to join their team in Addison, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for processing accurate and timely payroll for healthcare clients. The ideal candidate is someone with strong analytical skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for healthcare clients accurately and in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Calculate and process deductions, benefits, and timecards in accordance with applicable payroll guidelines.
- Generate and distribute payroll reports to management and clients.
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll regulations and best practices.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll administration, in the healthcare industry.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing and interpreting payroll data.
- Knowledge of Payroll Systems: Experience with payroll systems and software (e.g., ADP, Paychex).
- Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills to interact with employees and clients.
- Confidentiality: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Attention to Compliance: Knowledge of payroll regulations and ability to ensure compliance with relevant laws and guidelines.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field is preferred but not required.
