As a Scrum Master within our dynamic Human Resources team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the agile transformation of our projects, ensuring that our teams function collaboratively and efficiently. You will facilitate key Scrum ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, while continuously removing impediments that hinder progress. Your expertise will not only enhance team performance but will also contribute to the overarching goal of aligning our projects with business objectives. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help promote a culture of transparency, adaptability, and continuous improvement. Compensation: $65/hr

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Coach teams on Agile principles and best practices to enhance collaboration and productivity.
• Act as a servant-leader to support teams in achieving their goals.
• Identify and remove obstacles that hinder team performance and project delivery.
• Encourage continuous improvement and foster a culture of feedback.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate progress effectively.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of Agile metrics to track team performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in a Human Resources environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is required.
• Excellent facilitation and coaching skills with the ability to motivate teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with various stakeholders.
