Euronet Software Solutions, a wholly owned subsidiary of Euronet based in Little Rock, AR, develops and evolves the payment technologies and ATM software needed to power Euronet’s global operations and leading financial institutions and central banks worldwide. We currently have an opening in Little Rock, Arkansas, in our Software Division, for a Software Implementations Specialist reporting to the Euronet Software Implementations Manager.

This is a full-time, permanent, on-site position. Primary duties of this position require the configuration, testing, and installation of Euronet software at the client’s site. The position entails responsibility for all phases of the implementation project. The position requires direct work with clients in the implementation, testing, and training on the software products we sell. The position could also require direct participation in the physical arrangement and connection of equipment. These duties are performed under general supervision. Some travel (including international) will be required.

  • Configure, test, and install Euronet software at client sites.
  • Provide training to clients on the use and functionality of the software products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Assist with issue tracking and resolution during implementation.
  • Conduct testing and documentation of results.
  • Participate in programming and program debugging tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
  • Prior experience in software implementations or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
  • Proficient in scripting and programming languages such as Python, Bash, or Java.
  • Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, MariaDB, or Oracle.
  • Familiarity with configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
  • Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client site visits.
